Looking for a way to keep the kids smiling this half-term? Then join us at our one-day fiesta of fun for children aged between two and eight years and their parents.

With Halloween craft activities, baking, karaoke, tasty food - and a chance for cute kids and bonny babies to get signed up by Boss Model Agency, it looks set to be the best day of the holidays.

Three hours of entertainment and activities:

• Sparkly baking fun with Hey Little Cupcake's decorating workshops
• Jo Jingles singing and music-making classes
• Make butter and baking soda rockets with Kiddy Cook
• Spooky collages and mobiles with Splat Creative
• Street dance, musical theatre and karaoke with Starlight Performing Arts
• Story time sessions with Chorlton Book Shop
• The chance to enter into a Boss Model Agency casting
• 2 for 1 on food and drinks at the PHM Café*

It's the pick of Manchester's kids activities all in one place – a great opportunity for your child to discover a new hobby and make the most of the holidays.

Where and when?

The Festival takes over The People's History Museum, Left Bank, Spinningfields (just opposite the Mark Addy) on Thursday 27 October from 10am.

The event is divided into a morning session (10am-1pm) and an afternoon session (2pm-5pm).

Each £12 ticket is valid for one adult and one child for either the morning or afternoon session. Babies are welcome for free.

*For the price of an adult meal, get a free child's meal, including lunch box worth £4.50, (sandwich, drink, fruit and cake.)
