Chocolate festival, yum, yum

A festival to please chocolate lovers everywhere, Ramsbottom holds its annual event on the Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 April. It promises to be bigger and better than previous years and will include a two day chocolate market, chocolate demonstrations, children’s craft activity, chocolate workshops, chocolate beauty products and competitions.

This year’s event features some of Europe’s leading Fair Trade chocolate producers including Divine Chocolate , Choc-Affair, Zotter, Choco La La and many more.

Plus special Ramsbottom Chocolate Festival 'Popping Bubble Wrap' chocolate bar goes on sale on Friday 1 April. There’s also a chance to find a golden ticket and win a short break for two to Bruges (the Chocolate City) courtesy of Travel Counsellors and the Hotel Heritage Relais Chateaux in Bruges.

The festival starts at 10.30am – 4pm and is taking place at the Ramsbottom Town Centre and Ramsbottom Civic Hall, Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester
