CHRIS Jarvis and Pui Fan Lee are well known in households up and down the country with young children.
Their show, Show Me, Show Me is a huge hit on CBeebies and as a result, they're a couple of the channels most favoured exports. Now the popular pair have taken to the road with an all singing, all dancing version of the TV show that has rocketed them to superstar status amongst our toddlers.
We visited Gracie Fields Theatre in Rochdale to watch it.
The theatre was crammed full with wide-eyed children accompanied by their favourite cuddly toy - and their not so wide-eyed parents.
The lights dimmed to announce the hosts arrival. You could hear a pin drop as the kids eagerly waited to get first glimpses of their idols. Then the roof lifted with screams as they stepped onto the stage and said hello.
With their portrayals of nursery ryhme characters from their TV show such as Little Bow Peep (you can call me Bow), Humpty Dumpty and Incy Wincy Spider, the kids where ecstatic. Up on their feet, they danced, sang, jumped and yelled for the duration of the show.
There's no doubt that Chris and Pui are fantastic childrens entertainers. They're captivating to watch and manage to keep the young audience totally engrossed from start to finish with their enthusiasm and warmth; they even put a few jokes in there for the adults.
The show captures the world through a child's view-point. Great fun, brilliant day out.
Unfortunately we were unable to take photographs in the theatre but you can always 'imagine, imagine, imagine' - fans of the show should understand this...
